My work emphasizes the integration of innovation, education, and community engagement, reflecting a commitment to shaping future leaders and fostering meaningful global collaboration.

I'm passionate about

I am passionate about empowering people through education, innovation, and sustainable entrepreneurship. My work reflects a deep commitment to cross-cultural collaboration, leadership development, and community engagement, with a strong belief that meaningful change begins when knowledge is shared and applied for the greater good.

An idea worth spreading

I believes that true innovation emerges at the intersection of strategic thinking, cultural diversity, and human connection. My idea worth spreading is that by empowering communities through sustainable entrepreneurship and cross-cultural collaboration, we can create not only thriving businesses but also meaningful social impact. I advocates that innovation in education, leadership, and global events (MICE) can serve as powerful platforms to inspire change, foster inclusivity, and build resilient futures.

The TED story

“I grew up believing that knowledge was not just something you keep, but something you share. Along my journey, I discovered that leadership and innovation are not about being the smartest person in the room, but about unlocking the potential of others. My story begins with small community projects, where I saw how a single idea — when embraced with passion — could transform not only a business, but an entire community. Over time, I realized that innovation is not reserved for Silicon Valley or big corporations. It can be found in classrooms, in family enterprises, and even in local markets, when people are empowered to think differently. Today, I carry this belief into my work in strategic management, entrepreneurship, and MICE innovation. I have seen how cross-cultural collaboration can spark fresh ideas, how young leaders can rise when given trust, and how sustainability can move from being a buzzword to a way of life. My idea worth spreading is simple: innovation begins with people, not technology. When we create spaces where ideas can be exchanged freely, when we honor diversity and empower communities, we build futures that are not only successful — but meaningful.”
