Bio

I live in the messy middle—between technology and humanity, systems and souls, ideas and the people who bring them to life. As the founder of BluVi, I help people and teams move from chaos to clarity through AI, innovation, and human-centered strategy. My work lives at the intersection of what’s possible and what’s meaningful—helping others design lives, systems, and ideas that don’t just work, but connect. As an organizer of TEDxPensacola 2026, I’m driven by a belief that transformation starts with seeing what’s already around us: the voices, talents, and quiet changemakers hidden in plain sight.

I'm passionate about

I’m passionate about helping people feel seen, connected, and rooted—especially those navigating transition or reinvention. I’ve lived through my own version of starting over: reemerging from ashes, leaving behind the boxes others tried to put me in, and taking the leap to build something of my own. In that journey, I discovered something humbling and freeing—I’m not exceptional. I’m ordinary. And that’s the beauty of it. Because once you stop trying to be the loudest voice in the room, you start hearing the symphony of others who’ve been quietly creating, teaching, or dreaming all along. That realization fuels everything I do—whether mentoring, organizing community events, or building technology that amplifies human potential.

An idea worth spreading

We’re living in transformational times—where technology moves faster than we can process, and connection can feel like something we’ve misplaced. COVID taught us how fragile togetherness can be, and now AI is teaching us how easily the human voice can be drowned out by noise. Hidden in Plain Sight is a reminder to slow down in this age of acceleration—to look around and truly see one another again. To notice the neighbor with quiet resilience, the teacher shaping lives, the maker or dreamer whose ideas ripple through a community long before the world ever knows their name. Because even as algorithms shape our future, it’s our shared humanity that gives it meaning.

The TED story

The idea for Hidden in Plain Sight was born from three intersecting stories—personal, professional, and communal. Personally, it came from reemerging after loss and rebuilding my identity. Professionally, it came from leaving behind the comfort of big tech to create something new and human-centered. And in my community, it came from realizing that the most extraordinary ideas often come from the most ordinary people. In building BluVi, I found my place in the messy middle—between technology and business, innovation and empathy. I went looking for an opportunity to share my voice, and instead found an opportunity to help other people share theirs—hidden in plain sight.
