Growth feels easy when life is steady. When plans are working and everything seems to flow. But the kind of growth that truly changes us usually comes in harder seasons. When things shift. When we are stretched. When we are quietly carrying more than anyone can see. Resilience, for me, is not about being unbreakable. It is about choosing to move forward with heart, even when the path feels uncertain. With nearly twenty years in healthcare and a Master of Science in Health Administration, I have led teams through crisis, change, and rebuilding. Those experiences, along with personal seasons of loss and starting over, have shaped the way I lead today. I believe we do not just rebuild systems. We rebuild trust, confidence, and hope. And when the ground feels unstable, we can still stand steady by remembering something simple and powerful: We are stronger than we realize.

I'm passionate about

I’m passionate about rebuilding. Rebuilding systems that feel broken. Rebuilding confidence in teams that feel exhausted. Rebuilding people after life has shaken them. I care deeply about leadership that is human, compassionate, and grounded in love. I’m also passionate about raising my daughter with intention, modeling resilience in real time, and showing that strength and softness can exist together.

An idea worth spreading

Resilience is not about being unbreakable. It is about choosing to grow through disruption instead of shrinking because of it. When we lead with compassion, clarity, and courage, we do not just rebuild systems. We rebuild people. And in doing so, we discover we are stronger than we realize.

The TED story

My TED story is about resilience that is quiet but powerful. It’s about what happens when life doesn’t go as planned. When leadership feels heavy. When grief and responsibility sit in the same room. It’s about learning that resilience isn’t about pretending everything is fine. It’s about choosing to grow through what tried to break you. Through personal loss, motherhood, and leading through crisis, I discovered that rebuilding is sacred work. And the truth I carry into every room is simple: We are stronger than we realize.

Things you might not know

People don’t always know that I’m good at reading the emotional temperature of a room. I can sense when morale is low, when someone feels unseen, or when a team is silently struggling. I’m good at stepping into chaos and creating clarity. I’m also good at finding humor in hard moments and using storytelling to help people feel less alone.
