Bio
Melanie Boniszewski is the founder and director of Tonawanda Dance Arts. As an entrepreneur she has built her studio and leads a team of over 20 employees. She shares tips on growing a successful business in a small market, including how she went from 225 students to over 750 and over 1.6 million in sales. She is also a founding member of Boppin’ Babies Dance®. She lives in New York with her husband, enjoys time with her family, and also enjoys time at her home in Florida.
