I'm passionate about
I am passionate about entrepreneurship and building impactful educational ecosystems. My passion lies in creating leadership structures, operational systems, and community-driven educational processes that go beyond academics and contribute to the holistic development of individuals and communities.
As an active member of TiE Bangalore and other entrepreneurship networks, I am deeply invested in fostering innovation and enterprise at all levels—especially among young learners. I also strongly believe in the power of social entrepreneurship and community leadership, and I continue to work toward integrating these values into both education and outreach initiatives. For me, entrepreneurship is not just about business—it’s about empowering people with the tools to uplift themselves and those around them.
An idea worth spreading
My idea worth spreading is centered around the belief that education cannot be a one-size-fits-all model. In diverse learning environments—particularly in communities transitioning from rural or first-generation backgrounds—differentiated learning is essential. Every student brings a unique context, pace, and learning style to the classroom, and schools must adapt their methodologies to meet these diverse needs. Education must be localized, contextual, and designed to empower learners within their own environments.
In parallel, I also believe that entrepreneurship should be embedded into the fabric of school education—not just as a subject, but as a mindset. Whether students come from agricultural, business, or service-oriented backgrounds, entrepreneurial thinking cultivates problem-solving, initiative, and innovation. By nurturing these skills early on, we prepare students not just to take jobs, but to create opportunities, uplift communities, and become changemakers.
Together, differentiated learning and school-based entrepreneurship form the foundation for an education system that is relevant, empowering, and truly transformative.

The TED story
I have been extremely passionate about the whole concept of TED and TEDx. From my college days, I have watched countless TED Talks and have had the opportunity to attend multiple TED events as a guest. The platform has always fascinated me—not just for the quality of its content, but for its unwavering focus on ideas worth spreading.
TED has significantly influenced my journey as both an entrepreneur and educational leader. Many of the ideas I’ve encountered through TED Talks have helped shape my thinking and inspired me to reimagine how learning and leadership can evolve in a changing world. I now eagerly look forward to the opportunity to host a TEDx event at one of my institutions, and to create a platform where voices from diverse communities can be heard and celebrated.
