I’m a psychology major at Amity University Haryana with a keen interest in human behavior, mental health, and emotional resilience. As a core member of the TEDx team, I’ve helped organize and coordinate every detail—from planning to execution. I thrive on teamwork, creative collaboration, and turning ideas into powerful experiences. My passion lies in psychology’s potential to foster empathy, connection, and real change in our daily lives.

I am passionate about understanding the human mind and helping people feel seen, heard, and supported. As a psychology student, I’m driven to spread awareness about mental health and create safe spaces for open conversations and personal growth.

An idea worth spreading is that mental health should be treated with the same importance as physical health. By opening up conversations and breaking the stigma, we can create a more supportive and emotionally aware society where everyone feels safe to seek help and grow.

Being part of TEDx has been a journey of growth and inspiration. I joined the team out of curiosity, but soon realized how powerful it is to bring bold ideas to life. From planning every detail to watching speakers light up the stage, I felt the impact of storytelling and teamwork. TEDx taught me that one idea, shared at the right time, can truly make a difference.
