We often wait for expertise or titles before believing we can make an impact, but some of the most powerful change begins with everyday stories, local actions, and honest conversations. When we create spaces where all voices are heard, especially those often overlooked, we unlock ideas that are not just innovative but deeply human. True progress begins when we stop underestimating the ordinary.

My TED journey began as a volunteer in the Editorial Department at TEDx Vivekananda College. What started as a simple curiosity quickly turned into one of the most inspiring experiences I’ve had. I got to work on crafting and refining speaker speeches, learning how powerful storytelling can be when ideas are shared with authenticity and purpose. Behind the scenes, I met incredible speakers, heard transformative ideas, and witnessed the impact of collaboration. TEDx taught me that every voice matters, and that even working quietly in the background can help shape something truly meaningful. It wasn’t just about the event, it was about being part of a movement that celebrates curiosity, creativity, and change.

People don’t know I’m good at quietly observing and turning those insights into meaningful ideas. I often work behind the scenes, but I love shaping narratives, connecting dots others might miss, and helping teams find clarity and direction through thoughtful reflection.
