I'm passionate about
Turning complex science into human stories that inspire change.
Helping people break free from anxiety, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs.
Exploring the intersection of medicine, psychology, and creativity.
Using photography, filmmaking, and music to spark empathy and connection.
Creating spaces — whether on stage, in clinics, or online — where ideas can heal, inspire, and empower.
An idea worth spreading
“Science and storytelling are not separate worlds — together, they can heal minds, inspire action, and change lives.”
In a world overflowing with information, the human mind doesn’t just need more facts — it needs meaning. My idea is to fuse the precision of science with the emotional resonance of art to create conversations that not only inform, but transform. Whether it’s in the operating theatre, a therapy room, or through the lens of a camera, I believe that blending evidence-based knowledge with human stories can dismantle stigma, ignite curiosity, and move people toward empathy-driven change.

The TED story
My journey to TED began with a simple truth: the most powerful ideas are the ones that change how we see the world — and ourselves.
As a doctor, therapist, and storyteller, I’ve seen how science can save lives, but I’ve also learned that facts alone rarely change hearts. It’s the stories we wrap around them that move people to act. My first TEDx talk showed me that a stage can be more than a platform — it can be a bridge between disciplines, cultures, and experiences.
Organising a TEDx event is my way of building that bridge for others — to give voices, ideas, and dreams the space to inspire transformation in our community and beyond.
