I'm passionate about
I am passionate about helping people understand the power of the human mind and unlocking the potential that exists within every individual. My work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, leadership, and personal transformation, where I explore how our beliefs, emotions, and internal dialogue shape the way we think, lead, and make decisions.
Through my experience in healthcare, global events, and executive coaching, I have seen that true transformation happens when people develop deeper self-awareness and learn to manage the “inner boardroom” of voices that influence their choices.
I am particularly passionate about creating platforms where ideas from science, leadership, sports performance, and human development can come together to inspire individuals especially the next generation to think differently about their capabilities and their impact on the world.
An idea worth spreading
The Inner Boardroom
Every individual carries an invisible “inner boardroom” — a set of internal voices that influence decisions, confidence, and behavior. Fear, ambition, doubt, and courage all compete for influence in moments that shape our lives. Learning to recognize and manage this inner dialogue can transform the way we lead, make decisions, and respond to challenges. True leadership begins with mastering the conversations happening within our own minds.
Human Potential Beyond Talent
Talent alone does not determine success. Emotional intelligence, mindset, discipline, and resilience are often the real drivers of high performance. Just as athletes train their bodies, individuals must learn how to train their minds. By developing psychological strength alongside technical skills, people can unlock levels of performance and growth far beyond natural ability.
The Science of Self-Awareness
Self-awareness is one of the most powerful tools for leadership and personal development. Advances in neuroscience and psychology show that understanding our personality patterns, emotional triggers, and thinking habits allows us to make better decisions and build stronger relationships. When individuals understand themselves deeply, they gain the ability to lead others more effectively and live more intentionally.

The TED story
My journey with TED began when I attended two talks that left a lasting impression on me. Later, during COVID, I watched many more TED Talks online and experienced the power of ideas to inspire, connect, and bring people together even during uncertain times.
What struck me most was how the talks revealed the human side of people we often only know through their professional roles — beyond titles and white coats. Hearing familiar individuals share intriguing ideas, personal insights, and different perspectives made the experience both meaningful and enjoyable.
It showed me how powerful a platform like TED can be in bringing a community together through ideas, stories, and curiosity, especially from Employee Engagement Perspective. That experience inspired me to help create a space where people can share ideas that spark conversation, broaden perspectives, and inspire others.
