Bio

I am Deshmukh Omkar Haridas, a visionary and deeply motivated 2nd year UG student at Sapthagiri NPS University. I am rapidly emerging as a leader at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, General Medicine Machine Learning, and Biomedical Engineering, complemented by my strong proficiency as a web developer and command over multiple computer languages. My groundbreaking work includes filing 4 patents in biomedical engineering, most notably an AI-driven 3D bioprinter for Medical treatment which has already received a granted patent, marking a significant leap in personalized medicine. A cornerstone of my innovative work further includes the successful innovation of a novel model for which I have also filed and been granted a patent. This significant achievement underscores my capability to conceptualize and develop groundbreaking solutions that contribute meaningfully to my field. My entrepreneurial spirit is also evident in my success in securing ₹12.45 Lakhs in project funding from the Government of India, underscoring my ability to not only conceptualize advanced solutions but also to effectively lead teams and garner the resources necessary to bring my ambitious projects to fruition. Beyond my impressive inventive capabilities, I am a proven leader and organizer. Since July 2025, I have proudly served as a License Holder and Organizer for TEDxSNPSU, a key force behind bringing inspiring ideas to our community. I meticulously coordinate tasks and drive community outreach, instrumental in successfully hosting TEDxSNPSU events and fostering intellectual exchange. Concurrently, since October 2024, I have taken on the crucial role of Team member for the prestigious ISRO IROC 2025 Project. Here, I lead a dedicated team in designing advanced machine learning solutions for ISRO's robotics competition, overseeing project coordination and guiding our team to qualify for this esteemed national-level competition. My leadership in drone technology was further solidified as a Tech Lead for the Nidar National-Level Drone Competition 2025 Project, where I led the technical aspects of designing a drone prototype that was successfully shortlisted nationally. Also starting October 2024, I am the Robotics Director for the Build Club at Sapthagiri NPS University's Research and Innovation Cell. In this role, I spearhead robotics projects, actively mentoring peers and driving innovation in automation and AI, while organizing workshops to promote robotics education. My organizational skills extend to larger events, as I was also a part of the Organizing Team for the Bharat Drone Stack Conference, gaining valuable insights into large-scale event management and industry collaboration. As a versatile web developer, I have actively applied my skills by developing multiple websites for various clubs and the university, creating functional and engaging online platforms. Earlier, from December 2024 to January 2025, I contributed as a 3D Designer for Team Svayatt on the ISRO ANAV Project, enhancing project visualization through intricate 3D models and animations. My leadership capabilities were also honed as a Team Lead for the SCSCSD District-Level Science & Football Competition from September 2023 to January 2024, where I successfully led event planning and execution, securing 1st and 3rd prizes. Prior to that, from January 2023 to January 2024, I gained valuable communication and event management skills as a Program Host for the SCSCSD Annual Day, earning a 1st prize. My unwavering commitment is to apply cutting-edge technological expertise to create high-impact advancements, shaping the future of healthcare and beyond. My diverse experiences collectively underscore my dedication to technical excellence, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to driving impactful initiatives in both academic and competitive environments.
