I'm an ASU student who is also a leadership and communication coach. I work with entrepreneurs and teams to put vision with action. I've coached and produced workshops that have helped young adults who want to create their first startup to founders who have millions of dollars in assets. I bring a background in performance and education. I am also a 2x author (soon to be 3!). Everything I teach is based on my own experience and how I got past my struggles.

Leadership is the bravery to take initiative when no one else will, regardless of experience or age.

My story is proof that age doesn’t stop someone, not taking initiative does. I’ve taught classrooms since I was 7, consulted executives as a teenager, and led massive projects before most people. I’ve seen (and unfortunately have been a part of) unethical leadership. I know how dampening it is in the teams lives inside and outside the organization. So I am building a company to teach a better way and to learn from my mistakes. To me, TED is a platform for reframing what people think is possible, for reminding the world that the next leader will be completely different than the last ones, and that every person can develop the skills to be that person.
