I have been an educator and school leader for over two decades, with a deep-rooted belief in the power of education to shape young minds and transform communities. My journey in the field has taken me through various teaching and leadership roles, and I currently serve as the Principal of The Lexicon International School. Beyond academics, I am passionate about the arts—especially music—which I believe is a universal language that connects us all. I am also deeply committed to climate change awareness and sustainability, and I constantly seek out opportunities to engage in meaningful conversations around these issues. TEDx, for me, represents the perfect platform to explore powerful ideas, foster dialogue, and inspire positive change.

I have been an avid fan and follower of TED since the past decade. I first watched a TED event at my previous school group where I was a supervisor. It was a TEDx event at Lexicon International School, Wagholi, Pune. The idea, concept and the overall talks were just unbelievable and I thoroughly enjoyed myself Thereafter, I just got hooked on, and continue to watch TED videos regularly. I am looking forward to now potentially hosting a TEDx event at my current school where I am the principal in Nashik - Godavari Public School
