I was born and raised in the suburban area of Hanoi, where life moves at a quieter pace compared to the city center. Growing up in this environment gave me the space to observe how people live more simply, but also how opportunities—especially for education and exposure to the outside world—can be limited. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong passion for travel. Not just for personal discovery, but as a way to better understand different cultures, perspectives, and the shared values that connect people. With my ability to speak English and Japanese, I’ve been fortunate to experience these journeys more deeply—and I want to use that privilege to give back. In the future, I hope to work on a cultural and language exchange initiative that helps young people in suburban and rural areas access not just foreign languages, but new ways of thinking and seeing the world. I don’t want them to study English or Japanese just to pass exams—I want them to use these languages as tools to explore who they are, connect globally, and tell their own stories with pride. Ultimately, my passion lies in bridging gaps—between places, people, and possibilities—so that the next generation, regardless of where they are born, can step confidently into a more connected and inclusive world. TEDx, to me, is the perfect platform to inspire and realize that vision.

I’m passionate about exploring the world — not just through travel, but through language and culture. Every time I visit a new place or learn a new language, I discover a different way of thinking, living, and connecting with people. To me, language is more than a tool for communication — it’s a doorway into another worldview. That’s why I’ve devoted myself to studying English and Japanese, and I hope to one day learn even more. Traveling and learning languages have shaped me into someone who is open-minded, curious, and deeply interested in global perspectives. Through TEDx, I want to create a space where others — especially young people — can be inspired to look beyond borders, explore unfamiliar ideas, and build a more connected, empathetic world.

My TED story began in 2024, when I joined the management team of TEDx HANU 2024. From the very beginning, I was inspired by the values TEDx promotes — open-mindedness, creativity, and meaningful conversations that bring value to the community. Due to some unexpected personal circumstances with the former team leader, I took on the role of event manager leader and leaded the project to completion. It was a big challenge, but it taught me a lot about responsibility, teamwork, and purpose. In 2025, I became the Lead Organizer of TEDx HANU, with a strong desire to give my all, grow the project further, and create a successful, inspiring event that truly reflects the spirit of “Ideas Worth Spreading.”

People don't know I'm good at bringing people together and creating a comfortable space where they feel heard and understood. I’m a good listener, and I adapt quickly in unexpected situations — not by avoiding risks, but by embracing them as learning opportunities. I believe every mistake or challenge teaches me something new, and I use those lessons to grow, make better decisions, and support others more effectively in the future.
