Bio
I’m a lawyer, mother
Santiago, work as legal advisor for companies, and passionate about how education transforms lives.
I'm passionate about
“I’m passionate about creating spaces where people—especially those historically marginalized—can access opportunity, education, and dignity.”
An idea worth spreading
“Redefining success: Measuring our lives by how much we elevate others.”
In a world obsessed with individual achievement, this idea invites a shift: to redefine success not by accumulation—of wealth, followers, or accolades—but by contribution. How many people have we mentored, empowered, or lifted through education, opportunity, or compassion? This perspective fuels more inclusive, purpose-driven leadership and communities.
The TED story
My journey started in boardrooms, drafting contracts and advising companies. But my purpose came alive in classrooms, community centers, and grassroots projects—places where potential was everywhere, but access was not. I realized that while talent is universal, opportunity is not—and that’s where I wanted to work.
Today, I build bridges: between private sector and community, between power and potential. Because I believe true success is not what we achieve for ourselves, but how much we elevate others along the way.
