With over a decade of experience in education and student development, I am currently served as the Head of Academic Advising Vinschool Ocean Park secondary and high school. I am dedicated to guiding students toward academic success and personal growth through tailored advising strategies, collaborative goal-setting, and a deep understanding of individual learning needs. I hold a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and has extensive experience in both teaching and academic support roles. Her leadership style emphasizes empathy, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. Under her guidance, the academic advising team has implemented several successful initiatives, including early intervention systems, peer mentoring programs, and digital advising tools that enhance student engagement and retention. Known for her student-centered approach, I am actively collaborated with faculty, counselors, and administrators to build a supportive learning environment that empowers students to take ownership of their academic journeys. She also leads professional development workshops for advisors and contributes to institutional policy development related to student services. Passionate about lifelong learning and equity in education, I am continued to advocate for inclusive advising practices and strives to inspire both students and colleagues through her commitment and vision.

I'm passionate about guiding and empowering students to develop holistically—not only in academics but also in character, confidence, and vision. As a head of academic advising at a high school, I believe in the limitless potential of youth. I’m inspired every day by their dreams, and I’m committed to walking alongside them as they grow, strive, and reach higher, further, and beyond.'

The root of education is bitter but the fruit is sweet.

As the head of academic advising, there are times when I find myself overwhelmed with administrative work at school. These tasks can be so demanding that I often don’t have as much time for my students as I would like. From the outside, many people may only see me quietly working day after day, focused on completing student files and paperwork. But the truth is, my heart has always been with the students—I remain deeply passionate and constantly concerned about their growth. Few people realize that I am always silently supporting my students, standing behind their activities and following their progress every single day. I believe this quiet ability to care and support is one of my most unique strengths—one that not many may notice, but one that I carry with deep pride.
