Manish a learner in education, born and brought-up in the beneath of High Himalayan Mountains in India and presently working in sea shore of Indonesia. Manish have 20 years of teaching and educational management experience. During his Doctorate, Manish have won Radha Kamal Mukherjee Memorial Young Sociologist Award for year 2001 presented by Indian Social Science Association and Young Geographers commendation award in 22nd Indian Geographical Congress in 2000 by National association of Geographers India. Manish has written and published various research papers specially in the filed of Natural Science, Environment and Education Management. At present, Manish is working as an Academic Specialist- IBCP Coordinator at Gandhi Memorial Int. School Jakarta. Manish have vast knowledge of Coordinating and supervising research based project and writing and Universities Counselling. Manish is also Working for IBEN (IB Educators Network) as Workshop Leader, School Visiting Team Member and Reader. Manish have a clear understanding of ISO ISO 9001 and 1400 standards and is a certified auditor for ISO. Manish possessed good understanding of Indonesian Educational regulations and quality managements in education. Writing, Photography and Traveling is my passion and I see my success in my students.

I belong to a small village in the beneath of Himalaya in India. Have seen my mother growing a forest from childhood. For my education and job I have traveled around the world and after working in various culture and with various people, I realize there that there is a hero in everyone and most of the time these common people and their ideas are not recognized by the people. Their ideas can change the world, their ideas need to be spread around the world for a positive change that can protect humanity, conserve environment and make this world a sustainable home for all living creature.
