I'm passionate about

I’m passionate about guiding others through transformation—helping them break cycles, reclaim their stories, and rise from survival into self-led, purpose-driven lives. Through coaching, storytelling, and spiritual alignment, I create spaces where people remember who they were before the world told them to shrink.

An idea worth spreading

What if choosing yourself isn’t selfish—but sacred? The most radical rebellion in a world that profits from your self-abandonment is to return to your wholeness, redefine strength, and lead from overflow instead of depletion

The TED story

I’ve lived many lives in one—teen mom on welfare, wellness practitioner, global traveler, life coach, alumni leader. But the most life-changing title I ever claimed was “the woman who chose herself.” For years, I was applauded for being everything to everyone, even as I quietly unraveled inside. It wasn’t burnout—it was a soul whisper asking, “What if peace didn’t have to be performed?” That whisper led to a quiet rebellion, a deep return to self, and the birth of my mission: to help others stop surviving and start sovereign living. TEDx represents more than a stage—it’s a sacred platform to give voice to the trailblazers, the emotionally overdrafted, the legacy reclaimers. The ones who are ready to stop shrinking and start choosing themselves—unapologetically.

Things you might not know

Most people know me for my voice and vision—but what they may not know is that I’m exceptional at creating sacred strategy behind the scenes: aligning energy with execution, and turning intuitive sparks into real-world impact
