I am an educator, school administrator, and lifelong learner passionate about empowering young people to realize their full potential. As a vice principal at a high school in Istanbul, I actively work on building innovative learning environments that support both academic success and personal development. I believe that education should go beyond textbooks and exams. My professional focus is on student-centered learning, leadership development, and fostering critical thinking skills. I strongly value collaboration, creativity, and meaningful communication in education. As the organizer of TEDxYouth@ÇamlıcaUğur Anadolu Lisesi, I aim to create a platform where young minds can encounter inspiring ideas, courageous stories, and transformative perspectives. My goal is to help students gain confidence, discover their strengths, and develop a vision for their future. Through TEDx, I strive to connect students with thinkers, innovators, educators, and role models who can ignite curiosity and motivate positive change. I am deeply committed to building bridges between education, inspiration, and real-world impact.

I am passionate about education, youth empowerment, and lifelong learning. I deeply care about helping young people build self-confidence, discover their talents, and develop a sense of purpose. Creating meaningful learning experiences, organizing inspiring events, and connecting students with role models motivate me every day. I strongly believe in the power of ideas, storytelling, and human connection to transform lives.

Education should not only prepare students for exams, but for life. In a rapidly changing world, young people need more than academic knowledge. They need confidence, resilience, critical thinking, creativity, and emotional intelligence. My core belief is that schools should be environments where students feel inspired, valued, and empowered to explore their potential. By bringing together educators, students, and inspiring speakers through platforms like TEDxYouth, we can help young people discover their inner strengths and develop a growth mindset. When students believe in themselves and feel supported, they become capable of shaping a better future — not only for themselves, but for society.

My TED journey began with a simple question: How can we inspire students beyond the classroom? As an educator and school administrator, I witnessed the powerful impact of ideas on young minds. I realized that students need opportunities to meet inspiring people, hear authentic stories, and explore new perspectives. This led me to organize TEDxYouth@ÇamlıcaUğur Anadolu Lisesi. Through TEDx, I aim to create a safe and dynamic space where students can connect with ideas that challenge, motivate, and empower them. Each event is not just a conference, but a transformational experience — for students, speakers, and organizers alike. For me, TEDx represents hope, inspiration, and the belief that every young person carries the potential to shape tomorrow.

People often don’t realize that I am highly skilled at bringing people together around a shared vision. I enjoy designing creative projects, managing complex event logistics, and turning abstract ideas into impactful experiences. I am also good at motivating students who lack confidence, helping them discover their strengths and believe in themselves.
