I've introduced new career development programs that enhanced engagement and professional preparedness, playing a pivotal role in securing funding to expand the career services. I have always been fascinated by people and the journeys that shape them. Growing up, I had the opportunity to live and study in different countries, experiencing diverse cultures and perspectives. Those experiences taught me that while our backgrounds may differ, our aspirations are often remarkably similar. That realization sparked a lifelong interest in connecting people, ideas, and opportunities. My academic path began in engineering, studying Mechatronics and Robotics in the United Kingdom. Like many engineers, I was drawn to solving technical problems. However, over time I became increasingly interested in a different question: How do we help people unlock their potential and create meaningful impact in the world? That question eventually led me from engineering into higher education, leadership, career development, and international engagement. Today, I work with students, employers, government entities, and global partners to help young people navigate their futures and prepare for a rapidly changing world.

Most people know me through my work in career development and university leadership, but few know that my background is actually in Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering. I enjoy connecting seemingly unrelated ideas, bringing people together around a shared vision, and turning concepts into practical initiatives with measurable impact. I am also passionate about building strategic partnerships, facilitating cross-cultural dialogue, mentoring emerging leaders, and identifying opportunities where others may only see challenges.
