I am an 18-years old passionate leader who is curious about various topics. Writing of the things I am doing and I have done, I have participated in a republican math olypiad and became a finalist among 50 students. Besides, currently, I have several AI projects related to tourism and education. Also, I am socially really active and organizing different Computer Science related events including hackatons and workshops.

Reading books in various fields, starting initiatives and helping people thorugh them, organizing events, and solving rubics cube are some of the things I am passionate about.

-We Memorize to Survive, Not to Understand: The Crisis of Learning in Traditional Cities We want students to regain their enthusiasm to excelling at school subjects while still enjoying the process. This talk will help many high schoolers in our area rethink their purpose of studying and, hopefully, change their attitude towards it. Listeners need to understand their source of motivation for learning. Is it because of their career aspirations or standards set by parents and society? Looking deeper into this particular aspect could assist many teenagers with setting priorities both now and in the long run. If they can actually realize the reasons for their current actions on an academic front, students will most likely start making more informed decisions, so the sole objective from this speech is encouraging students to identify what's making them study and not be ignorant of it.In many parts of our country, one of them being Karshi, many share orthodox views on school learning, highly prioritizing good grades and putting them over involvement or interest. In turn, the initial ambition to be active and competitive at school fades away among students, due to the academic pressure and constant fear of failing to comply with the norms, negatively affecting creativity and dynamism. As such problems in schooling persist even after many governmental campaigns to foster love for learning, we think broaching this topic in one of the speeches is crucial to increase awareness in society and make the first step. As we'll mostly discuss the potential ways of resolving these issues, we hope students can get useful tips to restore the ambition they had back in primary school. As a result, we are hoping to influence local students' performance in their studies, eliminating the interference of any traditional views in teenagers' decision-making. Considering the prevalence of this trend with sticking to conventional ideas in our town, the importance of raising this topic only goes up.The issues with a lack of enthusiasm and involvement in school life have existed for long enough to attract public attention. We can sure find people with the a shared aim of looking into this case more closely. There are many bright people willing to take initiatives and waiting for the opportunity to take action in Karshi, so there cannot be any trouble with insufficient numbers of candidates to bring up this topic on stage. -The Geography of Ambition: Why Where You're From Shouldn't Limit Your Dreams The main purpose is to actually show local students that their capabilities stretch far beyond the borders of Karshi. Although we don't have the best education opportunities here, students can access more resources online. It may seem obvious, but the many either neglects these opportunities or are not well-informed about how beneficial online sources can be. We want to broaden students' perspective in terms of education and self-growth. As long as teenagers come to realize how modern advancements have streamlined studying online, our main aim will be achieved.Many students in our area tend to limit their career expectations and overall future lives to what they can access in the confines of the town, and since there aren't as many studying and working facilities in Karshi, many people end up in white collar jobs that are not of their interest. Instead of searching for more opportunities outside, most locals tend to make plans based on their surroundings. Even after so many inspiring cases of students getting accepted to top universities, the situation in Karshi doesn't seem to change. Students still face difficulties with accessing the resources to make progress and, consequently, make a difference. Low standards normalized in Karshi are blocking bright minds from discovering their true potential, which is why we need to raise this topic in the event to trigger change and at least try to make an impact.We have met many brilliant minds before applying for the license, and this topic popped up after numerous discussions anout what topics would be the most important to be looked into. Several university students and our fellows want to spread more information about the opportunities outside Karshi that are easily accessible. By disseminating what students can do to improve further, we want to affect the influence of conventional beliefs inhibiting real growth.

From my early childhood, I have been really interested in TED events. When it comes to time when I started my journey, I got know what TEDx was during my preparation for IELTS. I used to listen and watch many of the TEDx videos on YouTube that are related to leadership, being consistent on work , and psychology. As time went by, I saw some of my friends participating and organizing TEDx events. Then, I told myself: Why shouldn't I organize an event myself since I had a perfect topic to raise among fellow students. Now, I am applying for TEDx event which I hope will be out soon.

People don't know that I'm good at management, problem solving, and planning everything in detail in advance. I have seen all these traits in many events where I have been both organizer and a participant.
