Outside of work, I find balance and inspiration in semi-classical dance, a discipline that has taught me the value of perseverance and dedication.

I'm passionate about

I genuinely think it's important to keep a positive outlook and create a stimulating learning environment for everyone. I have a strong commitment to making sure that every child has the chance to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, irrespective of their background or preferred method of learning. I'm dedicated to innovation and ongoing progress in education. I aspire to be a capable and powerful leader who can guide the school community toward a common goal of excellence.

An idea worth spreading

It is more crucial than ever to accept failure as a natural part of life, particularly in a world that is changing quickly and values creativity and adaptation. We educate children not only for academic success but also for life after school by teaching them that failure is a normal—even necessary—part of the path.

The TED story

I grew up as an introvert personality and it was difficult for me to express my views, thoughts and ideas in front of others. When i completed my MBA then i realized that life is not about keeping quiet, you should know how to communicate. Then at the time of searching the job my brother told me one thing very clearly that you have to find a way for yourself. Neither I nor any of the cousins is going to help you out. I cried a lot and was asking that why my brother is doing this? And in the first interview only I got the opportunity and felt very relaxed, more confident, more specific, more honored that yes, I am me and can achieve anything with more efforts and dedication. Now when I am receiving the awards of the best Principal, Best Asia's finest educator, I have started feeling that if I hadn't learnt the lesson from my brother, I wouldn't be successful in my life.
