My expertise is rooted in a lifetime spent working within my own family business—Drayton Manor, theme park that delighted visitors for generations. Beyond my work in family business, I have a deep passion for food and beverage and am a chef at heart. From a young age, I embraced the art of cooking and honed my culinary skills, which have remained a lifelong joy. My journey also took me to Walt Disney World, where I spent an incredible year on the fellowship program, gaining invaluable experiences and insights into excellence in hospitality and operations. I am also a certified pyrotechnician, working with a premier firework company to create awe-inspiring displays. My role extends beyond creative displays, as I hold a NEBOSH qualification, which I use to enhance health and safety practices within the company, ensuring every event is conducted with the utmost care and professionalism. Today, I channel my diverse experiences and skills into guiding family businesses towards sustainable growth and harmony. With a focus on tailored strategies, empathetic leadership, and fostering long-term legacies, I am dedicated to helping family enterprises achieve their full potential. I am a lifelong nerd and geek. I love all things sci-fi, especially Star Wars and Lord of the Rings. I also love rugby and have followed my twin boys playing every weekend since they were six. I really enjoy watching rugby and the socialising that comes with it.
