I am an innovative business leader, community advocate, and communications expert. I am successful by bringing people together through principled storytelling, meaningful conversations, and championing organizational goals. Being a conduit of life-changing transformation drives me. My passion for people, community, and connection to purpose-driven initiatives have been woven throughout my professional career. I engage the community and nonprofits by telling stories that create beneficial relationships that help organizations achieve goals. I believe that storytelling done right can change incorrect narratives, stereotypes, and has the power to shape the future. I help people see our communities and the world in a different light. I am also a connector of people and nurturer of relationships. My strengths reside in leveraging my relationship building skills with executive collaboration to achieve success. I thrive in environments where my talents are utilized to support the mission and vision of the organization and create meaningful impact to customers and stakeholders. Curriculum design, development, and rollout have become integral in my roles with focus on connecting individuals, causes, organizations, and executive teams.

I am passionate about the journey of understanding and embracing identity, especially for women of color. There’s a sacred, unapologetic space that we, as women of color, need to create and hold, where our light isn’t just allowed to shine — but is celebrated and valued for the unique, powerful energy it brings. Too often, we’re told to shrink or make ourselves smaller to fit into spaces that were never designed with us in mind. But I believe that when we, as women, hold our space, the space itself isn’t simply 'better' — it is complete. I’m deeply passionate about empowering people to find peace within the process of searching for who they truly are. It’s in the journey, the questions, and even the uncertainties that we discover the fullness of our authentic selves. I’ve found that when we give ourselves permission to explore and get curious about our own identity, we step into a place of freedom. We stop seeking approval from others and instead turn inward to listen to the quiet, powerful voice of our own truth. I’m also passionate about my own journey of seeking God — of chasing His face, His voice, and His presence. It’s been a path of growth, transformation, and trust. It's the kind of pursuit that calls us to live with intention, with authenticity, and with a sense of deep purpose. Ultimately, I’m passionate about empowerment. Empowering others especially women of color to understand their worth, their light, and their potential. Empowering people to step into their own greatness, find peace within themselves, and realize that they don’t have to apologize for their presence, their dreams, or their existence.
