Bio
Hi, I’m Aisha Hashmi, a psychology student, social impact enthusiast, and someone who refuses to just sit around and wait for ideas to come to life. I’m currently pursuing my BS in Psychology, but outside of classrooms, I spend most of my time thinking of the next big thing to do. If there’s ever a crazy new idea floating around, chances are I’m the one pitching it (with way too much excitement).
I’ve dabbled in all kinds of roles: managing social media campaigns, organizing fundraisers, leading societies, and bringing people together to make ideas come alive. What excites me most is turning a “what if” into something real, whether that’s a community project, a student-led campaign, or even just a wild idea scribbled in my notebook.
At the heart of everything I do is the belief that young people don’t need to wait for permission to make an impact. We can start now, in our own way, and that’s exactly what I try to live by every day.
I'm passionate about
My drive is rooted in the belief that even the smallest spark of hope can ignite a chain reaction of change, like a domino effect; one person’s breakthrough can inspire another’s. For me, passion means not just helping someone get through the storm, but reminding them they have the strength to dance in the rain. I'm passionate about creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and strong so that healing isn’t just possible, it’s contagious.
