I'm passionate about
I am passionate about unlocking student potential and transforming education into a force for growth. As the Director, I focus on fostering critical thinking, resilience, and innovation. My goal is to equip students with academic knowledge, soft skills, and real-world experiences. I strive to create an environment where learning empowers students to navigate and shape their future.
Serving as a mentor and a bridge between academia and industry, I connect students with growth opportunities. Through placements, industry collaborations, and workshops, I help them build essential skills. Seeing their transformation into confident professionals reaffirms my belief in their potential. Guiding them toward meaningful careers and leadership roles is truly fulfilling.
Beyond placements, I build ethical networks that benefit students and the community. By partnering with industry leaders and alumni, I create a culture of mentorship and lifelong learning. These collaborations instill values like integrity, social responsibility, and purpose-driven leadership. My vision is to empower students as innovators, ethical leaders, and changemakers.
An idea worth spreading
"Turning College into a Launchpad, Not Just a Degree"
College for most students is merely a degree-granting institution. What if we began seeing these college years as a springboard to our aspirations? My idea worth spreading is how we can change the default mindset of college from "just passing exams" to developing skills, networks, and actual impact.
By working together outside of classrooms, engaging in passion projects, internships, and ongoing personal development, students can build opportunities that stretch way beyond the campus. Life success isn't a matter of marksheets; it's about mindsets, deeper connections, and momentum.
I think every student has the potential to write their own success story — and college is the best place to begin before the world gets real.
The TED story
When I joined as a mentor, I realized TEDx isn’t just a stage—it’s a movement of ideas, stories, and passion. I had the privilege to work closely with students who had powerful thoughts but needed the right push to express them confidently.
From brainstorming unique ideas to refining their delivery, I witnessed incredible growth—raw thoughts turned into impactful talks. But more than anything, it taught me that every student carries a TED-worthy idea, sometimes they just need someone to believe in them.
TEDxDYPITPimpri wasn’t just an event; for me, it became a reminder that in every classroom, in every campus hallway, there’s potential waiting to be unleashed.
Things you might not know
Behind every classroom lecture, assignment, or exam, there are students silently dealing with pressure, fear of failure, self-doubt, and dreams they hesitate to voice.
As a professor, my passion goes beyond textbooks. I strive to decode the unspoken, to create a space where students are not just learners but humans with potential, challenges, and unique journeys.
I believe in transforming classrooms into safe zones for growth—where asking questions is celebrated, where failures are just first drafts, and where education becomes empowerment beyond marks and degrees.
