Geoff is Vancouver-born and raised. His world view was shaped by the 5 years he spent with a Tibetan Buddhist group in his 20s. He is inspired by the interconnectivity of nature and is fascinated by our subjective experience of life. This has shaped his approach in organizational design, leadership, incentive structures, and complex decision-making. Geoff has a Bachelor’s and Masters in Business. He has spent 20 years bring ideas into reality in all kinds of organizations, from not-for-profits, and startups to global enterprises.He believes that developing self-awareness and the ability to consciously rewire is fundamental to human evolution and meaningful societal change.
