Bio

Hello! I am an Administration and International Business student at Universidad Panamericana, passionate about international negotiations, project management, and public relations. Throughout my experience as a student, I have had the opportunity to expand my knowledge in my field through international experiences, including an academic exchange to Brazil and another to Spain, as well as participating in the BCC in Vermont, USA. I am very grateful for the opportunities I have had, such as being a speaker at TEDxUP Mixcoac. I am happy to share the link to my talk in this bio: https://youtu.be/_iu6crN2zfU?si=ULrBmWBbMVhOXy98 I love engaging in university activities and have participated in both artistic and academic events. At my university, my team and I won the Business Case Competition (BCC) at UP Bonaterra and the IMEF Debate. Additionally, I am an actress and singer, having participated in multiple university and local theater productions. In the professional field, I have experience in corporate events (Artefacto) and entrepreneurship (Casa Chocolate). Creativity, leadership, and strategy drive me to make an impact in every project I undertake.

I'm passionate about

I am passionate about any activity or projects that contribute to helping others. I find inspiration in artistic expression, in listening to and learning from those around me. In everything I do, I am driven by passion and commitment, enjoying every step with dedication and love. I am still growing personally, and I support myself on one of my favorite quotes, said by Saint Josemaría Escrivá’s: Do everything for Love. Thus there will be no little things: everything will be big. Perseverance in little things for Love is heroism. – The Way, No. 813.

The TED story

TED has been a key tool in my life from a very early age. It has awakened in me an insatiable curiosity to understand and question the world, along with a fascination for exploring a wide range of topics. I firmly believe that the purpose of these talks is not just to share ideas but to shake off indifference, awaken awareness, and spark change in our communities. And I want to bring this purpose to my own community, in any way I can, but I firmly believe that TED is one of the best tools to inspire meaningful conversations, challenge perspectives, and drive positive change. Through TED, I hope to create spaces where ideas ignite action, where voices that need to be heard find a platform, and where knowledge becomes a catalyst for transformation in my community.

Things you might not know

I am good at cooking, my seasoning is special. This gift comes from generations, my great grandmother, my grandmother and my mom are the best cooks I know, besides their many other talents, they are remembered for having put bites of happiness in many people. People don't usually know this about me, because cooking is still not a hobby I enjoy, but when I do, I strive to honor their legacy, putting into each dish the same love and dedication with which they cooked. Maybe someday I will find in cooking not only an inherited talent, but also a passion of my own.
