My roles are as a SuperConnector, Behaviorist, Advisor, Scout & Writer ♾️✨🤍 My Realms are in Intergenerational Legacies of Health, Wealth & Wisdom☀️ I grew up inside one of the world’s top architecture and engineering firms — HDR Inc., employee-owned and a global leader in healthcare design for over 50 of its 100+ years. Yet I was the kid that had Near Death Experiences due to Medical Errors. Quite the Paradox to Live through and to Understand Trust and Safety. My background began as a Teenage Zoo Keeper at the #1 Zoo in the World. Then I created risk management programs for Lloyds of London in Pioneering Healthcare and Beauty Industries in my 20s. I integrated so much from Animals and Risk into everything I do today. I learned to meditate with bats which taught by their echolocation. Emotionally regulating the nervous system and clearing the mind made being in cages with these creatures possible because sound waves are fully felt in these habitats. Because sensitivity is found within all species, this created a deep study in me to understand why we behave in the ways that we do. After working with more than 400 founders and finding that perceptions, actions and behaviors in all areas of life were the real key to thriving relationships and companies. I left the insurance world with a wealthy well of wisdom. Yet the greater arc was about creating value where I saw so many voids in so many industries. I built Intuitive Arrow at the intersection of strategy and intuition — helping founders, companies, and communities architect what lasts. Not just businesses, but legacies in all areas of life. My approach is multifaceted with two decades of work across behavioral science, impact investing, risk management, AI, regenerative design, consciousness and holistic wellness. This gave me a pattern language to synthesize by seeing how culture drives profit, how energetic architecture shapes decision-making, and how intergenerational wisdom compounds by sharing and caring about the long run. I secure funding, build partnerships, and design companies as living ecosystems — where employees and customers aren’t extracted from but sustained. I know the emotional terrain of building something that matters, both for-profit and nonprofit. I collaborate with the founders who want their work and play to outlive the room they’re standing in.
