Bobby Bacci

Bobby is an entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Prominence, an award winning healthcare data enablement company. He partners with some of the nation’s largest healthcare organizations to harness the power of data, analytics, and AI—helping them improve patient outcomes while driving down the cost of care. Deeply passionate about technology’s potential to do good, he previously built and deployed an off-the-grid EHR platform in underserved communities across Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Honduras. His work sits at the intersection of innovation, social impact, and real-world problem-solving. A Penn State and Harvard Business School alum, he currently serves as Chapter Chair of YPO Windy City (Chicago). Outside the boardroom, he’s a mountaineer, live music enthusiast, and devoted husband and dad.
