Rohini has worked in the strategic communication space consulting across the Finance, Life sciences/ Pharma and I.T. services Industry for over 20 years. She is the founder of SEIZA Ventures Private Limited which is into Consulting I Culinary I Creating Experience’s ‘The Narratives’ an integrated marketing and communications consulting company, ‘The Kashmiri Kitchen by Sudha Kaul’ with her mother which specializes in Kashmiri Food, Mental Health First Aider, POSH trainer, Painter, Runner, and a full-time mother. In her rich tenure of over 20 years, she has handled a wide variety of communication roles. She has build and led the India Communication Strategy, People’s Strategy, Employee Engagement, Change Management, Internal and External Events, Corporate Social Responsibility, ESG, Diversity and Inclusion and Change Management with some of the reputed brands like GE Capital, American Express, HSBC, Steria/Sopra, NEC and ZS Associates in the last two decades giving her a well-rounded experience. She has advised CEOs, MDs, CXOs and senior business leaders build their brand purpose and reputation, messaging and thought leadership and support the go-to-market strategy. Rohini has developed and delivered detailed communication solutions, serving multicultural geographies like India, U.S., U.K., Singapore, Krakow, and Japan. Rohini follows communications as a scientific discipline and believes in integrating communication goals with business objectives. She believes that success is made predictable through structured processes, and the efficacy of each intervention should be measured by well-defined metrics. She has been awarded by the UBS Transformance group for her Internal Communication campaigns at NEC. She holds a degree in English Literature from Delhi University and a master's degree in mass communication.

I’ve watched countless TED talks—each one sparking a thought, a question, or a deeper reflection. During my corporate journey, I had the opportunity to serve as a TEDx catalyst within my organization, an experience that affirmed the power of sharing meaningful ideas. Today, I run a communications company aptly named The Narratives, because I believe ideas are seeds that grow into stories—and stories shape how we think, feel, and act. TEDx, to me, is not just a stage. It’s a movement where voices come together to shift perspectives, and I’m excited to be a part of that journey.
