Bio

I’m a Class 11 student at Hyderabad Public School Begumpet—a passionate, imperfect soul who believes that every setback is a stepping stone to growth. I thrive on the energy of basketball, the insights of a good book, the thrill of learning something new, and the liberating rhythm of a run. As the lead organizer for TEDxYouth@HPSBegumpet, I channel my curiosity and drive into creating a platform where ideas flourish and authentic conversations spark change. I embrace my imperfections as part of my unique journey, and I’m committed to inspiring my community to see that beauty and strength lie in our shared humanity.

I'm passionate about

I am passionate about basketball, reading, learning, and running—because these are not just hobbies, they’re reflections of my heart. Basketball teaches me resilience and the beauty of teamwork, as every game reminds me that even in defeat there’s growth and every victory is a step forward. Reading opens up worlds of possibility, each story a spark of inspiration that fuels my curiosity and nurtures my soul. Learning is my lifelong journey—a constant reminder that every new piece of knowledge enriches who I am and who I aspire to be. And running, it’s my moving meditation, a time when I can feel every heartbeat and embrace the imperfections of life while pushing forward. Together, these passions create a vibrant mosaic that defines me, celebrates my imperfections, and inspires me to keep striving for a better tomorrow.

An idea worth spreading

To me, an idea worth spreading is the celebration of our imperfect, authentic selves. I believe that every scar, every misstep, and every passion—whether it’s the thrill of a basketball game, the quiet escape of a good book, or the meditative rhythm of a run—reminds us that our vulnerabilities are our greatest strengths. I want to spread the message that it’s our raw, unfiltered experiences that unite us, empower us, and spark genuine connection. By embracing our flaws and celebrating our unique journeys, we can inspire each other to live with courage, creativity, and heart.

The TED story

My TED story is about transformation—about taking the raw, unfiltered parts of who I am and turning them into a force for change. I started as just a student with big dreams at HPS Begumpet, fueled by my love for basketball, reading, learning, and running. Each of these passions taught me something vital: that our imperfections are not our weaknesses, but the very things that drive us forward. Organizing TEDxYouth@HPSBegumpet has been a journey of discovering that every setback can be a stepping stone. It's been about gathering my courage, embracing my vulnerabilities, and realizing that even the smallest ideas have the power to spark a revolution in thought. My TED story is not one of flawless success—it’s the story of a student who learned to see beauty in her flaws and found strength in being authentically human. In sharing my journey, I hope to inspire others to believe that their unique voices and imperfect stories can ignite conversations that change lives. This isn’t just my TED story—it’s a call to all of us to be brave, to share our truths, and to create a community where every idea, no matter how small, has the power to transform the world.

Things you might not know

People don’t know I’m good at turning my vulnerabilities into strengths. I have this quiet knack for finding creative solutions in unexpected moments and connecting with people on a deeper level—whether it’s while organizing an event or simply offering a listening ear. I embrace my imperfections, and through them, I’ve learned to see every setback as an opportunity to grow and inspire others. This hidden resilience, the ability to transform challenges into stepping stones, is something I’m proud of—even if it often goes unnoticed.
