As an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Aga Khan University, he has played a pivotal role in shaping national and regional policies, strengthening emergency healthcare systems, and driving innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes in Kenya and other resource-limited settings. Passionate about equitable access to emergency healthcare services, Dr. Wachira continues to lead transformative efforts to ensure timely, life-saving emergency medical care across Kenya and beyond.
