I have more than 20 years of solid experience in event organization, communication, public relations, press office, and corporate communication. Highly skilled in writing and editing, I also worked as journalist, and photographer. I have excellent communications skills and ability to build strong and lasting relationships. My background includes experience as a storytelling coach and speechwriter, also as TEDxVerona Speaker's Curator, since the foundation. In my life, social activities have always been very important, as I believe we need to contribute to the well-being of our communities.

I have been a TEDxVerona volunteer since the first edition in 2014, mainly as responsible for the speaker's selection and coaching. In this role, I selected the speakers (such as Francesco Sauro, David Alan Harvey, Alex Bellini, Tamara Lunger, Simon Lancaster, Nicola Rizzoli and many others), and worked to let them find the most successful way to give a speech. I really like this role, and I always study to emprove my ability in this field. I'm also responsible for the schedule of the event, and the production. I think TEDxVerona has contributed to the creation of a community of innovators, and has built successful working networks of specialists in the fields of research and technology development, in Verona area.
