Hello everyone I'm Basmalh Maher Al-sayed Ali, I study archeology and tourism and I'm in my first year. I have so many hobbies, and I'm always up to try new things.

I'm passionate about history, books, hiking, traveling, volunteering, swimming, and a lot of things.

Back when I was still in high school. I was depressed at that time, I was alone all the time, which what I didn't expect to be, because I thought in high school I'll finally have friends and will be happy. But it was the opposite, I was sad and had no friends. One day my school chose me to be part of an activity, this activity was about how to make students deal with adult life when they will be adults. They showed us one day a TED Talk it was about a woman who loved her life until she lost her legs and got depressed, she talked about her journey to accept this new reality and who to navigate the sadness and live a beautiful normal life as she used to be. The TED Talk made me cry and realized that life won't stop if something happened to you so you need to accept the reality and try your best to live a beautiful life.
