Bio
Oluwagbenga Adebayo, fondly known as GA, is a Global Talent, Visionary Leader, Brand Designer, Growth Strategist, and emerging Ecosystems Builder devoted to transforming potential into meaningful impact through creativity, strategic thinking, and community leadership.
In 2016, GA began his leadership and capacity-building journey with S.M.I.L.E (Strategy for Mentoring Initiative and Leadership Empowerment), where he grew from mentee to designer, youth mentor, and eventually Creative Director. His commitment to excellence and innovation has seen him mentor young people in leadership, personal growth, and community service, both within and beyond the organization. GA also served as Designer and Creative Director for the United Nations International Youth Day (IYD) celebration and the annual Youth Leadership Summit in Lagos, Nigeria, executed through S.M.I.L.E. In these roles, he led a team of 7–10 creatives to deliver impactful experiences to over 1,000 participants, combining storytelling, strategy, and design to inspire transformation.
He is the founder of Redivos Technologies, a creative studio established in 2019 and formally registered in 2021 with Nigeria’s CAC. Redivos was born out of a mission to help brands scale their impact through clarity, storytelling, and results-driven design. Under GA’s leadership, it has evolved into a world-class remote team delivering transformative branding solutions to both for-profit and nonprofit organizations across sectors in Africa and beyond.
GA is also the founder of Go Literate Africa, a digital inclusion initiative launched in 2021 to empower underserved students in public secondary schools. To date, the initiative has trained and mentored over 250 young people from low-income communities, equipping them with digital and creative skills that open doors to opportunity and personal advancement.
As a Brand Designer, GA has collaborated with numerous organizations across Africa to elevate their brand identity, enhance visibility, increase revenue, and promote innovation. His portfolio reflects his dedication to clarity and value. Notably, in 2024, he participated in the United Nations Permanent Forum on People of African Descent (UN PFPAD) logo competition, where his entry was honored among outstanding submissions.
In 2024, he pioneered the Adullam Skill Acquisition Program (ASAP), a hybrid bootcamp that empowered over 300 participants with essential digital and non-digital skills for career and entrepreneurial success. Before that, in 2022, he led a design mentorship program that impacted 30 emerging creatives, offering them hands-on training in visual identity, storytelling, and brand communication.
In 2025, he launched Creative Goal Getters, a six-month intensive mentorship program designed to guide young individuals through intentional goal-setting, accountability, and purpose-driven living. This platform has since become a nurturing hub for emerging leaders and change-makers.
GA became a TEDx Organizer, officially securing the license for TEDxMowe, which is scheduled to be held in November 2025. He achieved this milestone at the age of 24, marking a new chapter in his mission to amplify ideas, empower voices, and shape narratives that impact lives.
Currently, GA plays an active operational role at Growth Capital, an ambitious ecosystem built to equip Africa-first visionaries with the clarity, structure, and resources needed to scale globally. His contributions at Growth Capital reflect his passion for building platforms that outlive individuals, transforming ideas into ecosystems that serve communities and multiply influence. He is currently a final-year student of International Relations at the National Open University of Nigeria, and is also enrolled in a Professional Certification in Project Management to deepen his executive and leadership capabilities.
At his core, GA is a faith-driven leader. His belief in God shapes his life’s mission: to transform divine intelligence into physical influence. Through service, mentorship, and strategic innovation, he is committed to helping others discover and activate their God-given potential for generational impact.
He finds purpose in mentorship, authentic networking, and building growth-centered communities where people can rise into their best selves. GA’s mission is clear to build ecosystems that multiply influence, scale vision, and create a legacy of empowered lives across Africa and the world.

The TED story
Oluwagbenga has served in multiple capacities on projects for both profit and non-profit organizations. His TEDx journey began with TEDxJibowu, where he served on the organizing team to ideate on scope of operation, decision making and executing he event from 2022 to 2023 while leading the media and communications team alongside creating appealing designs and managing all printing of promotional materials for guest and attendees experience and designed venue branding, and later worked closely with the organizers of TEDxPAU at Lagos Business School, gaining second hand experience of how ideas, when given a platform can shape individuals, influence culture, and drive scalable impact.
But it was his lived experience in Mowe since 2012, a growing town often overlooked in global conversations, that stirred his conviction to bring TEDx home.
“Living and growing in Mowe made me realize how misunderstood this place is. Yet, it’s full of visionaries, creatives, and everyday people with stories the world needs to hear. I wanted to create a platform where those stories could be heard loudly, globally, and boldly.”
Through TEDxMowe, Oluwagbenga is not just organizing an event he is igniting a movement. A movement that helps people listen, share, and act on ideas that rule the world.
