Giacomo Ramanzin

Born in Bologna in 2002, from a very young age he joined the Scout movement, whose values he deeply believes in: perseverance, responsibility, setting goals, community life, and service to others as a way of life. Passionate about Information Technology and Automotive Engineering, in 2021 he graduated from the Salesian Institute "BVSL" in Bologna as a Mechatronics Industrial Technician. During the first two years of high school, he took part in host family experiences abroad, through which he came to appreciate even more the richness of cultural diversity. In his third year of high school, thanks to a curricular internship, he joined Marposs, continuing to work there throughout the summer to gain a deeper understanding of the organization of a world-leading company in the industry. During his fourth year of high school, he decided to start contributing to his family's businesses, focusing on process digitalization and business innovation, improving customer service and increasing production capacity. In the summer following his fourth year of high school, at the age of eighteen, he worked at Natisoft, a company specializing in software development for Facility Management, where he was responsible for Marketing & Communication and collaborated with the Sales and HR departments to develop communication, commercial, and employer branding strategies. In his fifth year of high school, he completed another curricular internship at FRAL (Coesia Group). In September 2021, he enrolled in the Business Administration (CLEA) degree program at Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna. During his first year at university, and continuing to the present day, he has worked in his family's businesses, taking on responsibilities in Administration, Procurement, HSE, and IT. In October 2022, he began his second year at university and joined Ecoplus Group as Innovation Manager for Marketing and IT. In February 2024, he became Vice President of TEDxImola. In July 2026, he completed his university studies, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. August 1, 2026
