My three-decade career spans corporate law, investment banking, photography, public policy, advocacy, thought leadership, strategy, entrepreneurship, and executive coaching. I’ve co-founded organisations that: ● Built Australia’s first professional development program for politicians, counting 10% of parliamentarians as alumni. ● Enhanced the capability of the Australian public service to address complexity. ● Improved international action on climate change. ● Fostered collaboration between environmental and humanitarian organisations on large-scale disaster relief.

My professional mission is to: ● Support the development of philosophies and (meta-)cross-paradigmatic initiatives that enable society to positively navigate the middle years of the 21st century. ● Enhance understanding and possibility on significant topics like how humanity survives long enough to fully benefit from advanced technology in the face of ecological pressure, entrenched inequality, and geopolitical instability. ● Contribute to the use of psychology and AI improving mental health at scale. ● Help leaders overcome their toughest challenges, where strategy meets human dynamics.
