I'm passionate about
I am excited about life and all it has to offer. One thing I am most proud of is being active trekker and the transformation trekking has made in my personal life and my family’s lives! I use trekking as my meditation, my prayer, and my inner reflection time; it truly is my fellowship, inspiration and time of balancing, healing, and renewing! I trek daily to live and live life more abundantly!!
I am excited and passionate about empowering others to have this same success in expanding the joy that grows when you see another woman who develops the habit of walking as part of their self-care. I believe in the power of women to have a significant, positive impact on their lives, their families, and their communities. And it all starts with one simple walk, with one step at a time. I am a living, breathing, moving witness.
An idea worth spreading
Walking just 30 minutes per day, 5 days per week can improve your overall health, increase life expectancy, reduce chronic pain and prevent illness and diseases. It also improves your mood and affect if you do it outdoors in the daylight. Cynthia invites you to join her and over a million women globally in the GirlTREK movement.
