Activism to start with, which takes me to writing and public speaking. I am a theatre person and love the art of emotions. I love to ideate and innovate with my educational background of being an engineer.
An idea worth spreading
We are quite familiar to the idea of training our physical body but the concept of training the non-physical entity- the mind intrigues me a lot. Any Puddicombe and many other researchers and spiritual leaders have done remarkable work on this field, but this idea, if can be propagated to the whole humanity, we could be able to rebuild a better world that is caring, responsive but not reactive, non-judgmental and finally peaceful.

The TED story
My TED story began when my friend showed me some remarkable TED videos when I was in college. Since then, I have been hooked to the idea of TED and have attended several TEDx events and workshops across the globe. My close encounter with TED was when I took up to organize TEDxSMIT in Gangtok, India. The experience left me with the understanding of TED as a diverse platform to amplify ideas.
