Tarveen has over a decade of experience in the HR and talent space and is passionate about building inclusive and engaged workforces. Her career started in recruiting, where she helped people connect with job opportunities, she is now focused on enhancing their experience during their tenure with an organization and optimizing people team workflows to support a business scaling. She enjoys architecting people processes that are easy to follow while supporting the needs and the people at a business. Tarveen’s career goal is to create winning teams through her holistic approach to leadership.
