ROSAMUND ZANDER runs workshops for individuals and organizations to formulate vision and direction, and does transformational work with leadership teams. She has developed a presentation on leadership and creativity in collaboration with Benjamin Zander that has been delivered to major corporations around the world. She maintains a private practice in psychotherapy and an Accomplishment Program for people wishing to complete a major project. Ms. Zander is a well-reviewed painter, and is the author of the book called The Art of Possibility, (Harvard Business School Press, 2000) a synthesis of her work on relationship and the leadership practices of symphony conductor Benjamin Zander. She chairs The Green Standard, an organization dedicated to providing tools and training for manufacturers in Life Cycle based assessment of their products.

An idea worth spreading is that we are at an exciting tipping point in our individual, social, and species wide development. If we are willing to examine and let go of our survival habits and patterns, and align with universal creative forces, we will be entirely different beings, capable of integrating, resolving and evolving world dilemmas. This is potentially an enormously critical and productive time in our evolution.
