Sam Rajesh is a dedicated science educator and emerging school leader at ISD, committed to creating inclusive and innovative learning environments that foster student growth and achievement. With over 15 years of experience in IB education, Sam has served as a science teacher, program coordinator, and student mentor, consistently supporting diverse learners across academic and real-world settings. Passionate about equity and access, Sam specializes in supporting English language learners through inquiry-based approaches that integrate content and language learning. They champion authentic assessment, community engagement, and teacher collaboration as key drivers of student empowerment and improved learning outcomes. An advocate for educational innovation, Sam leads a range of initiatives—including science fairs, student internship programs, and TED-Ed Talks—that spark curiosity, foster creativity, and amplify student voice.
