Innovation takes birth in sync with the evolution of customer’s expectations and demands or vice versa. Either way, organizations worldwide must continually innovate and keep up with people’s wants. Failure to do so or being indifferent to your customer’s needs will make your competitors win. And then suddenly, customers become indifferent to you- a high-risk gamble to play at.
