Bio
Bachelor's degree in Communications - Journalism by Universidade Federal do Amazonas (equiv. BSc.Hons). Specialization in Modern Education by Pontifícia Universidade Católica (equiv. PG Diploma, Distinction), has MBA in Project Management at Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and currently is a Master's degree student in Letters and Arts at Universidade do Estado do Amazonas (UEA).
Alongside being an experienced third sector manager, my career has always been intertwined by a sensitive, huamine and even artistic approach while creating and managing social impact projects.
In 2016, represented Brazil at the AMICIF program, promoted since 1958 by the Lions Clubs de France, a program focused in young leaders across the globe. Two years later, founded Vírgulas Cardeais, an initiative on journalistic content production about literature, also being a hub for educational solutions for literary education. Since 2019 is a member-organization of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network Youth (UN SDSDN Youth). Since 2021, is a World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Community member. Served as Manaus Hub Curator during the 2023-2024 mandate.
Worked for 5 years in Amazônia Real, an awarded news agency focused on traditional populations in Amazon, serving firstly as an intern and, later, executive assistant to its CEO and editor in chief. As part of AR's team by the time, we were awarded both the King of Spain Journalism Prize and Patricia Accioly Prize on Human Rights.
Coordinated the innovation and projects sector in Fundação Rede Amazônica, NGO linked to Rede Amazônica Group, which aggregates the Rede Globo affiliates in the Amazonian region. Responsible for the coordination of the Acelera Hub Space, an open innovation hub focusing on local impact business and NGOs. There, I was responsible for creating and executing the first accelaration program for non-profits in Amazon, Programa Aurora.
