As a student at IIIT Kottayam specializing in full-stack development with a focus on backend technologies, I blend technical skills with leadership. I lead the drama club and contribute significantly to organizing the Annual Techno-Cultural Fest, demonstrating both leadership and event management skills. My commitment to community service is evident through initiatives such as organizing blood donation camps and spearheading fundraising efforts for old age homes. My future goals are centered on addressing environmental issues and enhancing community health. Academically, I am engaged in competitions, hackathons, and networking to build valuable connections. I am actively seeking internships and practical experiences to apply my skills, learn from industry professionals, and embrace new challenges for personal and professional growth.

As a student who organised NGOs like blood donation camps and helped in raising funds for old age homes, I am passionate about leadership, community service, and making a positive impact on society. By organising many such events in future I am committed to addressing environmental issues and promoting health and well-being within our community. And academically interested in competitions, networking and developing good connections. Hackathons and Competitions: Participating in hackathons or engineering competitions that require both leadership and problem-solving. Forming teams and taking the lead in guiding my group towards innovative solutions. Internships and Practical Experience: Seeking internships or co-op programs where I can apply my leadership and problem-solving skills in real-world settings. Learning from experienced professionals and taking on responsibilities that challenge me. Networking: Connecting with professionals and peers who share my interests. Learning from their experiences and gaining insights into effective leadership and problem-solving strategies.

An idea worth spreading is "The Art of Failures." This concept highlights the role of failure in any journey, sharing personal stories and insights from setbacks to show how resilience and adaptability lead to success. Failure is often stigmatized, especially in cultures that highly celebrate success. By openly discussing failures, we can reduce this stigma, creating a more supportive and understanding environment for those who experience setbacks. Realistic expectations are essential for anyone pursuing ambitious goals, and sharing failures helps provide a clearer picture of the challenges and uncertainties involved in building a successful path forward.
