I’m a passionate youth leader and changemaker currently pursuing a BBA in Marketing at the University of Rajshahi. As the Licensee, Lead Organizer, and Curator of TEDxRajshahiUniversity, I’ve had the honor of organizing the first-ever TEDx event in the university’s history, an initiative aimed at unlocking potential and amplifying powerful ideas from our local community to a global audience. With a strong belief in the transformative power of storytelling, I strive to create platforms where voices are heard, connections are made, and change begins. I am also actively involved in community development, leadership, and innovation-driven projects that empower students and young professionals in Bangladesh.

I'm passionate about empowering people through knowledge, storytelling, and leadership. Whether it's organizing events, leading teams, or helping someone find clarity in chaos, I love being part of the process that helps individuals unlock their true potential. I’m especially driven by ideas that solve real problems and leave a lasting impact on communities.

Unleashing potential isn’t about talent alone, it’s about access, encouragement, and belief. Too many powerful voices go unheard simply because they lack a stage. If we create inclusive platforms, even the quietest idea can create the loudest change.

My TED story began with a simple dream to bring TEDx to my university for the first time in its history. I applied for the license, built a team from scratch, and together we organized TEDxRajshahiUniversity. It wasn’t just an event, it was a movement that changed how our campus sees innovation, storytelling, and collaboration. Standing on that red dot as an organizer, watching our speakers move the audience, I realized I wasn’t just building a stage. I was building belief.
