In 2018, I founded WIND Consulting Group, an HR consulting startup that has been formalized as a limited liability company since October 2020. I am deeply committed to social impact, advocating for gender equality, forging alliances to achieve goals, and supporting entrepreneurs. I am also the co-founder of Machado Coffee, a national specialty coffee startup that offers high-quality roasted coffee beans and ground coffee.
