About Naavya
Bio
I’m Naavya Lodh, the Lead Organizer of TEDxYouth@AISPV, where I intend to curate a diverse speaker plethora and guide a 25-member team to create a platform for bold youth-driven ideas.
I founded Ann-Maan, a nonprofit promoting sustainable consumption, through which I’ve served over 3,000 people, published a Zero-Waste Recipe Book, and built a food redistribution app piloted with 500 corporate employees. My work earned national recognition through the Pramerica Emerging Visionaries Award.
I’ve developed research and tech projects like Thrift-Track, an automated stock screener, and Skill Hub, an employment app connecting 1,000+ users to local jobs. Beyond this, I lead MUN teams, train young speakers, and have written articles as the Senior Editorial Prefect for The Global Times.
At the core of everything I do is a simple belief: purposeful ideas, executed with intention, can create meaningful and lasting impact.
I'm passionate about
I’m deeply passionate about creating impact through a blend of leadership, innovation, and sustainability. I love building solutions that solve real problems, whether it’s through Ann-Maan, my zero-waste initiatives, or the apps I’ve designed to redistribute food and connect people to opportunities. I’m also driven by platforms that amplify youth voices, from TEDx to MUNs to journalism. At the heart of everything I pursue is a belief that ideas become meaningful when they are used to strengthen communities and inspire others to act.
An idea worth spreading
We often believe talent is the deciding factor of success, but it isn’t. Talent may open the first door, but passion is what keeps you moving forward long after others stop trying. Passion is the steady force that powers late nights, failed attempts, and the courage to begin again. It turns effort into progress and progress into mastery. Talent can make you impressive for a moment; passion makes you consistent for a lifetime. In the end, it is consistency, not brilliance, that transforms ideas into impact.
