I have a long professional career and since 2012 I have focused on helping professionals and teams develop skills that transform their lives and work environments to improve their results. My experience and academic training, along with continuous learning, allow me to see what is not so obvious, listen beyond what we hear and analyze from another perspective, to offer effective solutions to my clients; clarify what they want to achieve and facilitate the path so that they can do it. Public speaking is another of my great passions. I train professionals and speakers in creating and delivering presentations; I help them develop clear, persuasive and impactful messages, and transmit ideas with security and confidence to achieve their objective and stand out in every opportunity they have to speak in public.

People and communication. I am excited to see how, based on self-knowledge and creating spaces for effective communication, trust and security grow, relationships are more solid and meaningful, the decision-making process improves and, in addition, the ability to influence is gained to lead better. . Another great passion is public speaking. And of course, good projects, whatever they may be, in good company.

THE QUALITY OF YOUR COMMUNICATION INFLUENCES THE RESULTS YOU OBTAIN What we think, feel and desire, we express with our words, gestures and behaviors. The way we treat ourselves and others, the way we relate to others, the words we choose and our attitude bring us closer or further away from what we want to achieve. In this world of constant change where information, true or not, practically overwhelms us, it is essential to analyze, reason and contrast, in order to have our own criteria and build good ideas. Knowing how to use technological tools and take advantage of AI is essential, because like everything they help us grow, manage better and become better, however, emotional management, judgment and our style of connecting are part of our identity and that , it is not delegatable.

Being restless, being in the right place and connecting with people led me to be part of a TEDx organizing team, and it was something I wanted to do. I have been a coordinator and trainer of TEDx speakers, at the national level, the experience is great, because I have been able to learn, grow, add value from my profession and, best of all, meet very powerful people who have trusted me and who knew that there , backstage, was waiting for them, very satisfied with the work they had done. Later they invited me to share my idea: “To know how to communicate it is necessary to know how to THINK.” The world will change and will be better, if everyone, from our square meter of influence, does things to make that happen. That's what I like about TEDx and I share it, I live it and I do it.

Possibly my side as an artist is not well known or perhaps my immense curiosity. I like to do manual work, dance and sing, and also, learning about different topics, from other professional fields, is something that motivates me. That's why I'm always on the go and attend events that have nothing to do with what I usually do.
