Luca Ioime is a versatile professional with extensive experience in project management, business operations, and financial consulting. In addition to his professional achievements, Luca is also a passionate writer of poetry and haiku, in 2023 he completed the writing and staging of his first theatrical play: "Una barzelletta raccontata male". Currently, Luca serves as a Head of sales, working with Boosha AI. His expertise is crucial in identifying new clients as well as managing existing ones, mediating conflicts within the team or with stakeholders, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. Prior to this position, Luca was the Head of Operations at TMP Group SPA. He led and mentored a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. His ability to collaborate with other departments ensured smooth coordination to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, Luca served as a corporate presenter and soft skills coach for internal events. Before his experience at TMP Group spa, Luca worked as a Private Credit Consultant at Banca BNL - BNP Paribas. Here, he focused on business development with a vertical focus on mortgages and loans. His business career, along with his artistic journey, demonstrates his versatility and ability to express himself creatively outside of the business realm.
